Hi Kathy. As the year draws to a close, I wanted to take a moment to thank you so VERY much for all your instruction and support of Alyssa. I regularly see your good influences in her dedication to regular exercise, good eating habits and so much more. Her confidence has increased significantly as she’s learning that she can manage her weight and have fun at the same time. Donna and I are very thankful that you are a part of her life and ours. Tim

I fell off my bike yesterday while riding with some friends. I actually jumped clear of it as I fell, almost! I caught my running shoe on the pedal and fell twisting my right ankle pretty badly. I am happy to report a day later that the swelling is going down and I am actually putting weight on it occasionally. Kathy, without the work that I have done with you over the last year, I am sure that I would have broken my ankle! I am physically in better shape than ever and my ankles are strong!!!!! I guess it was all that jumping in the ladder squares huh???
